E&G Altai Consulting Engineers delivered structural, civil and geotechnical engineering services for this childcare center development project. The foundation system design successfully addressed site constraints associated with shallow rocks by deriving optimal solutions through collective work between structural and geotechnical engineering teams. The superstructure design incorporated architecturally detailed façade systems.
The civil engineering design involved liaising with relevant authorities to accommodate childcare center specific requirements as well as specification of a large concrete carpark pavement and its associated surface drainage.
