E&G Altai Consulting Engineers provided civil, structural and geotechnical engineering services for this architecturally designed 3-unit residential development. The structural design incorporated a basement system accommodating various site constraints such as land slide risk and building on boundary. The civil engineering services included a pump system solution integrated to an onsite detention system.
